The Freeze-Frame Process

 

 

Recognize that you are feeling stress, and take a time-out so that you can put your thoughts and feelings on hold (Freeze-Frame it).

 

Shift your focus away from the racing mind to the area of your heart.  Now breathe as if your breath is flowing through the center of your chest and out through your stomach area.

 

Activate by making a sincere effort to connect with a positive feeling.

 

Ask your intuition to guide your thinking.

 

Notice any change in the way you think and feel about the situation.
